Eric brings a rare combination of high-stakes construction project ownership and the ability to work directly with AI engineers, making him capable of managing high-value AI infrastructure projects end to end—not merely coordinating individual components.

Eric has overseen more than $3 million in ground-up construction and redevelopment projects in Seattle, working closely with licensed electrical and HVAC contractors while navigating building codes, inspections, and permitting requirements. This work required direct responsibility for power planning, thermal considerations, sequencing across trades, and execution under real financial and regulatory constraints.

Bar Itshaki Bar complements the infrastructure focus with a strong background in technical product management, organizational scaling, and software engineering. As a Computer Science and Informatics student at the University of Washington, Bar possesses the technical fluency to bridge the gap between physical hardware capabilities and the software requirements of AI engineers and developers.

Bar has demonstrated significant operational leadership as the Founder and President of ESEC at UW (formerly TAMID Group), where he built the organization from the ground up, scaling membership from zero to over 100 members. In this role, he directed strategic planning and managed an executive board, skills he currently applies as a Project Management Intern Lead at Propper AI, where he oversees concurrent technical projects and mentors a cohort of interns to ensure high-quality execution.
